Strange affect

Ive been using my new iPhone 6 with IOS 9.2.1 to stream iHeart Radio for a few month now without incident. After downloading and uploading via Wi-Fi 1 approximately 1 GB file while streaming, the stream began skipping, pausing, speeding up and slowing down. Uploading went fine. Very pleased with File Drives performance. There just seems to be and adverse affect on the OS.
